I found a card binder to be incredibly helpful so that I didn't need to take item cards out every time I wanted to buy something, plus I can keep the enemy cards in alphabetical order for easy access. This is helpful because it can take up less table room and you can keep it close.
Note: To fit all the chits, I needed to put all the status effect tokens in a single compartment, which got annoying, so I found a slightly smaller plano to hold tokens that are used often in each scenario (money, health, status effects, etc).
One of them can store all of the enemies (except for a single extra large one) and the other can fit all of the tokens and small chits. Looks like mine though, and costs the same.)
